Step 1 – Complete a HAWP Authorization Form
Use the HAWP Authorization Form to allow GBL to produce your final HAWP documents. Ensure that all information is complete and accurate.
Once received the following documents will be produced:
- HAWP Trust Indenture
- Directors Resolution establishing HAWP
- Employee HAWP Acknowledgement
- Client HAWP Manual to help your Plan Administrator
Step 2 – Complimentary Express HAWP Documentation Delivery
HAWP completed documentation will be delivered by mail to the location listed on the Confidential Information Questionnaire.
Step 3 – Sign the HAWP Documentation
Client to sign HAWP documentation and mail the signed and completed set of documents back to Gordon B. Lang & Associates Inc.
Step 4 – Open an HAWP Bank Account
